simple animated banner designed in flash

I am looking for a talented Flash designer who can put together a simple animated flash banner for my home page. Here are the requirements: 1) it will combine elements from two flash designs that I like: one is the banner at the top of [login to view URL] where there is a countdown timer before it rotates through the different screens..... and the second is from ivillage (I have attached an example) which has rotating images, a diagonal design and pause, rewind and forward buttons i want to see something that has the same type of functionality that the ivillage and revolution health have, which show nice bright pictures and nicely expressed fonts and styles. 2) the actual size of the flash banner will be the exact same size as the ivillage one 3) my design will have rounded corners 4) i will provide a color scheme but will look for your imagination and design sense to choose the best way to design it and the right colours to use for each slide 5) if flash is not installed on the browser (or turned off) i would like a static image to be presented 6) ideally you will have access to images/pictures which you can use in your design and have the licenses to use legally. 7) Would ideally like to be able to edit the text in the different slides externally without having to actually edit the flash file 8) some of my members may not have the latest version of flash so whatever the most compatible level you can design at would be ideal 9) I will provide all the text for each slide PLEASE NOTE: I am only interested in receiving bids from designers who can send me their portfolio and who have designed similar flash banners to the examples i have given above (or can show me examples of great looking banners you've designed).... any other bids will NOT be considered. the design i am looking for will be very similar to ivillage and have the same feel to it, and will incorporate the countdown timer like revolutionhealth. This should be a simple task for a talented designer and I look forward to receiving your bids... i am willing to pay $30 for this project as I believe it will be very quick. remember, if you are going to bid send me your BEST flash design work so i can evaluate it.
