Forum improvement

I want to add the following features to the existing forum in [url removed, login to view]

1) Add the possibility to add a personal icon/avatar when registration. Add the possibility for the ones already registered to select also a personal icon

2) After selecting one topic, the user (USER 1) that post a new entry in the forum will create a new threat, for example a question or alike. The threats then will appear as titles. The other visitors to the forum (USER 2), will see all questions and will be able to answer if they want, clicking over the title of a particular threat. If an answer to the threat posted by the USER 1 is posted, then there will be an email telling him that his threat has a reply (we can arrange the text in spanish later for this email), so he can revisit the forum to read it (Is like this [url removed, login to view]).
