I do IT work for small businesses and individuals here in the Phoenix, AZ USA area and need help with website development from time-to-time. I'd like to have an ongoing working relationship for small projects like this. I need a single landing page with 1 contact form and digital content delivery when the form is filled out. There are also a few links on the page. I will setup a clean wordpress site with default settings on a server I own and give admin level access to wordpress for this to be done. I can send a wireframe mock-up of the site.
