wedding videographer - open to bidding

Mu wife and I are celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary on June 27th 2015, Cortland Manor would like bride/groom preparation, raw footage, and an edited version interviewing of guests,chaptered points, at least 2 DVD copies and in the event that I were to need extra copies , how long do you keep the material for? two cameras one hand-held and other on tripod, do not want to miss out on anything as this is our most cherished moments with friends and family.
