Slider images - Need graphic designer

I need a talented artist good with imaging and some slight animation. Need 4 image selections for a slider for a water company. Imaging should contain given messages - slogans we will provide later to winning bidder We are looking for 1x image glassy clear background with given message 1 x image orange glassy background with a given message 1x image blue glassy background - animation of water 1 x image glassy purple background - animation These should be of your own design, no stealing other peoples copyrighted imaging Images should be of 952 x 511 pixels. Give us a mock up, when you message us we will give you a direction to follow, provide basic mock ups to show your flair.
