Logo for WEBsite have example

I have attached an example logo that I would like to emulate for my logo for my website; which is at IDEAmation.com. The logo's main part is "IDEAmation" (where VENOM is on the example) followed by the word "Engineering" underneath it...in a less dramatic graphic....similar to how they did the Venom logo. I particularly like the circuit board type background and the raised metallic look of the Graphical Lettering, as well as how they have portrayed it on a slant. Then the TAG line that we will need is: "Innovation & Growth by Design". That's about it. Check out the website and the attached LOGO example and let me know what you can do for me and how much and how QUICKLY you can have it for me. Those are me selection criteria. Also I would like to see some other work of yours, if you have samples of prior work that you can share. By the way I have about 30 other domains that need LOGO's created so I would like to find the right graphic artist to work with for all of my work if all goes well. One last thought --if you look at the website I will need to replace the top two little sections where I now have the Company name and the tagline....so that this new logo butts up against the green flash component.
