Simple static header needed - 30 minutes - experienced webdesigner

Have a site header in flash that needs to have just the text changed. I dont not have the source file for the header so you must extract that from my current site and then re-use it. If that is not possible to do in high quality (where image looks cropped) then just make a new static header (not flash) with these information below (and use old headers background color for a new header).
