US-based web development company is looking for a partner to do graphic design (web) and banner creation. This is a part-time / as needed job.
REQUIREMENTS:
-- We need INDIVIDUALS ONLY - no large outsourcing companies, please.
-- Bidders must have a good eye for Design. We are looking for *ARTISTS*, not coders or programmers.
-- Flash skills are a plus.
-- You MUST have a PORTFOLIO for us to see.
-- Bids from Asia/India/Philippines are welcome.
-- Must have very good Engilsh skills.
We can pay $5 - $10 depending on the project and experience.
We currently have a backlog of design projects that need to be done, so we will have work available for you immediately.
