Ongoing Graphic Design Work - repost

Hello,
I'm looking for someone for an ongoing series of small projects of creating ads for my business that sells cars. I anticipate 10-25 projects between now and the end of the year. I can do a few things in Photoshop but I'm not an expert. Usually the project will consist of merging two or more elements of high res photos together to create an ad to sell cars. I'll need the PSD files when you are completed. I'll usually need a quick turnaround time too - less than 72 hours. Sometimes I may need it within 24 hours. The ads will be used on a website. Sometimes I'll need it to be an image that is 750x750 and other times I'll need it to be a banner. There will be a variety of sizes but all of them are for the web.
If you're looking to be picked for this project, please do the following:
*Use the PMB to say, "Hunter - I understand your project and will let you know if I have any questions." More than half the bidders won't read this and they won't be selected no matter what their bid is.
*Provide links to the 5 projects you've done that you're most proud of. I don't want links to 100 projects - you tell me your top 5.
*Please let me know if you can do quick turnaround on projects.
*Let me know what questions you have.
One more item to add to the PMB:
Please tell me your estimated time to do the following (you can give a range of time). Assume I've given you PSD files for this work.
(1)Remove a car from one ad and replace it with a different car. Assume I give you both images. The original image has the car on a road in front of trees. The second image is facing in the same direction. The second car is slightly smaller than the first car.
(2)Take an image of a car on a white background and put it on an image of a road next to a lake. Assume I've given you the image of the car and the image of the road next to the lake.
*(3) Same as above but now I want the car to reflect in the lake.
