I have written a one page real estate marketing piece that will be sent to "expired listings". These are homes previously on the market but did not sell.
I would like someone to look at it and "dress it up" so that it is more eye catching to a prospective home seller.
My market is second homes, or vacation homes so I need to be able to mail the piece, easily post it on my blog and website, and be able to change or modify it on my own after it has been completed. If it helps, it is a beach community, Naples Florida on the Gulf of Mexico.
