Assist me with Bulk Marketing

We are a B2B services firm in the U.S. and need Email Marketing support for an ongoing period of time. We are presently conducting our own email marketing but we need to increase the effort. Specifically we need a freelance partner to acquire lists and send 300-500k emails per month under their own platform. • Freelancer must have access to a large databases of clean, valid B2B email contacts in the U.S. and Canada. I don’t need to own these lists and many will be reused throughout the year. Overall I expect we would need 550-700k new contacts throughout the next 12 months • Must have an email platform like Interspire or similar. We must have access to monitor email blasts, opens, bounces etc. • Must have ability to create/edit HTML emails as needed. We will provide the copy and sometimes the HTML. Most of these emails can be reused from month to month. • Must be able to support with clean IP’s, 90% delivery, subject rotation, drip marketing etc. It is important that our name and urls are not blacklisted. • We will provide email copy, target audience definition, url, landing pages • Depending on the target audiences we may want to send out 2-6 blasts per month totaling 300-500k emails. The first month will be much smaller. Example of a project: As our partner we would work with you to define a target audience for a particular campaign. You would develop or acquire the list. We would supply the copy or email creative and you would send out the email blast from your platform and IP. Typical Target audiences might be companies in: Manufacturing, Finance, Insurance, High tech, prepackaged software, oil and gas, medical devices, pharma etc. Another target might be specific titles across any industry including managers in Training, Documentation, Tech Pubs, Help Desk, marketing, Safety, Operations, Marketing/ Communications, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Environmental, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR etc. If you are interested in this opportunity and have the ability to support all aspects please provide a monthly bid. Also specify if your bid includes or does not include supply of lists. Please do not respond if you do not have extensive experience sending bulk emails and have the technology in place. This is potentially a long term opportunity depending on quality of the service, lists, price and most importantly the leads we develop. If you are good at what you do it will be profitable for both parties.
