Convert pencil drawing into image file for company logo

Hi,
I need to convert the JPEG (attached) into a sharp, professional-looking image file -- the image that you create will be a company logo.
The attached file 'Richland Records - pencil sketch' should be thought of as a sketch for your professional image. It includes the letter R twice (the first one written backward and the second one written forward) with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
Please use the sketch as a guide but don't follow it exactly. For example, the first R (the backwards one) points up a little bit too much. I'd rather have it look more like R's back to back and not have the first R pointing upwards too much -- more balanced R R back to back...
I would like to have color in the logo, but I'm not 100% sure which ones yet. If you are able to provide different color options, that would be best. Also, I need you need to provide me with a vector image file.
