Graphic Design for My App

Hi, Need themes for my app including these pages to be created 1. App landing page that will show brand logo ( we have the logo) and a very small intro text to help user understand the context. 2. About page 3. User profile details page with name, number, email, sex, age as input fields. 2. Membership details page that will be shown in card format. There will be three classes for card corresponding to silver, golden and diamond membership. ( Should look like credit card, 3 varient) 3. Punch count page that will show users the visit count in particular store. Numbers will be shown in circular fashion. There will be two class for circles, one with normal circle and with strikeout the circle. The same page will show next punch count required to avail the respective offer. refer to the attachment. 4. Welcome message page - This page will contain a div to show store logo (dynamic) and a page background color (dynamic). The main message of the page should be center aligned with max width 256 chars. The message box should have a title box that can contain upto 100 chars. Need the work done ASAP, will select the freelancer today.
