189987 Advertisements (Print Based)

BID REASONABLY or I will delete your bid - read please before bidding What I need done: Design a mock-up flyer/advertisement detailing the offerings of a new construction company in a clear, concise manner. Must use a royalty-free photos if used. I will need 3 full color ads (sizes: $5 bill size, and 8 1/2 x 11, as well as a banner ad (I am still waiting to get the size of the banner...estimated size is 3ft x 16ft - this is an estimate). All 3 ads can be the same or similar in design to save on time. I understand that all information on the 8 1/2 x 11 cannot be placed on the $5 bill sized ad as this will make the ad very busy. This can be discussed. What I already have versus what the provider will build: Working company logo will be provided, as well as association logos (Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Interac, VISA, MC, AMEX symbols) I will provide you with the message I want to convey, I am open to ideas about how to communicate the message....I need it to be simple, professional, clean, and articulate. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Artist must use Adobe CS 2. Must submit a copy of the original file in Adobe CS 2, PC-based, for text editing purposes before printing. Specific expertise that I am seeking: Retail industry design experience is a plus. Please provide example portfolio samples. Time frame for delivery: Please deliver assets specified within 1 week of selection. I am looking for a long term relationship, your services will be used regularly, so I am looking for the best price with high quality.
