Design a Customer Followup Card (Postcard Size)

We’re looking for a professional designer to layout a front and back 5" x 4" insert for us that includes a tear-off. It will be printed in high quality, on card stock in 4-color but included inside a larger package. The card will need to be vertically perforated at some point between half and 2/3 across depending on your text layout and your finished file should clearly show where the perforation is. There is one file attached to this project description: Mock-up: For clarity, you’ll see in the mock-up that we’ve broken this project down into 4 smaller pieces – 2 sections for the front side of card (labeled A and B) and 2 sections for the back of the card (labeled C and D). Please see the attached mock-up file for a clearer picture of how we see this. The blue line you see would be the perforation line. The winning bidder will be sent the text that fills all four sections of the card, as well as logo, image and other files. IMPORTANT – Turnaround time is important and any bids MUST include samples of work you have done that are similar to this and when you could deliver a file back to us in Photoshop PSD format. We are looking to do this on a fixed price, simple project basis and exceptional work may lead to future work. Additional file: Mock-up of postcard (.jpg)
