[$50 Easy Job]Turn image into Animation

Before you keep reading, my budget is $50. This is not really hard project, good reward. I have two images that I want you to match together and when that is done, I want you to animate the final picture. Read below for more details. My first picture is of 3 people standing and behind them there is white background (easy to remove background and make it transparent). I want you to take this first picture and animate it. When this is done, I want you to animate my second picture. My Second picture is of a building. And this building will be our background. Both first and second picture will be drawn or animated, but I want the quality of the animation to be really good. It needs to look like us exactly. The resolution of this animated final product, needs to be really high, because this will be printed out and used as a poster. I want all files (.psd, .ai, ect...), so in the future if I want to edit something, I will do it. I need this job done in 2 days. If you are the person for the job, just leave a bid.
