I am needing a graphics design team that I can send stuff to on a as needed basis. I'll be happy to pay $10 / hour of design time for the work you do for me. The first project I have has a very particular design I'm looking for. I want it to match "Numix" design. Google "Numix Background Images" and you'll see what I am talking about. It is cartoonish, in nature, but still appears very professional on the web. I like the flat designs on a lot of Twitter Bootstrap style sites.
