Resize and rename (according to orientation) 1200 jpg images

I have 1200 jpg images that I need to resize for my website. The aim is the following: 1) Resize the original Image: To 671x280 pxl.. thereby checking that the image was well cropped to make the image look nice. Don’t cut faces etc when possible. This is called a “header” 2) Resize again to 319x144 pxl This is called a “Teaserbox” 3) Check the best orientation for a test box on the image. We will have this image inserted in our website flash animation and we have the flexibility to decide where a transparent text box will show up.. left or right. (see attached instructions) 4) Rename according to the following System: For headder Use “Image {{increasing number}} Header BOX{{where the box should be}}.jpg” Examples: Image 1 Header [login to view URL] (this example) Image 1 Header [login to view URL] Image 1 Header [login to view URL] (BOXleft if the box should be on the left side, otherwise BOX right. If it does not matter, then just BOXcenter) For teaserbox Use “Image {{increasing number}} [login to view URL]” Examples: Image 1 [login to view URL] For the laboratory photos (supplied in extra folder), don’t use the word “image” but “Lab”… so: Lab 44 Header [login to view URL] Then copy all into one folder and make it downloadable for me (I suggest dropbox). The result will be 2400 images resized and renamed and ready for use on the website. Image details: 72dpi Quality settings good/8 (if asked by photoshop) Header image: 671x280 Teaserbox: 319x144 Please check attachment for clearer instructions.
