Hi Use a package like wordpress etc. 1. home 2. about samaj/society – Content based 3. events - content with images 3.1. past 3.2. upcoming 4. notice board 5. members (this is a page for member listing in front side.?)- yes with details and photo. Also, the member will have login so that they can upload the event photos but with limitations. and they can edit their data. A member will however be activated/inactivated by admin. 6. news (news is categories wise ?) – I suppose just plain news with a heading and details 7. gallery (gallery is categories wise ?)- yes category wise 8. join us (Please confirm your joining form is normal or login by Facebook and other please confirm?)- Normal login at this point of time, could be through the email id of the user. 10. educational links (explain layout.)-just links, will be in Necessary facilities below. 11. social media widgets and/or posts (please explain which widgets: fb like box, page like link, share, activity feed.
