Changes to Wordpress page template with custom fields

I have an existing Wordpress website, with a page template that has been created (see attached). The template uses custom fields for the sidebar on the right hand side.
I need some small changes made to this template however the original programmer is not available.
I would like to hire someone who can continue with this template file and make the required changes.
