Create a web site that streams CCTV Video

Can you tell me which cameras you are using and show me how the upload currently works? I believe most cameras work by uploading multiple images rather than the videos to the cloud and the images are then displayed as a video. If you could provide a little more detail about what you have already we could discuss how to proceed from there.
