Groupon-like

the website will be similar to groupon, but on a platform more "social" (as phpFox). on the site had already worked a group of people, but the result is not at all good, and I would like a person who is able to make the site fully usable in all its parts, from registration to consultation (with the implementation of ad hoc pugin / modules), to purchase and payment. I would like a person completely autonomous (have carte blanche) a thorough knowledge of phpFox and its plugin / core modules and be able to make really good use of the content (user side) and easy editing operations for us administrators

P.s.: The site is already online (in offline mode), had worked there another guy, but I do not like the result ... it is not completed ... many functions are not 100% complete, and the layout is so com 'I do not like it .... I would like to recreate something like the new layout of [url removed, login to view] .... to implement the system of payment through paypal and the management of the "deal" (user side, business side and adinistrator side).
