huckups - Dating site

I am interested in having a dating website built. The site is called HuckUps and will be focus in the Caribbean region. I would like this site to carry all the basics required for a social networking website, for instance, registration page that can manage different levels of registration (gold, silver and diamond members) and fees applicable to the different social classes of customers as it relates to the levels mentioned.

I want this site to incorporate features like multiple sexual orientation selection, voice chat, features to narrow down on personal interest, an photo uploads and album, video uploads, live private chats, music sharing, profile page, home page with status updates, features to view members online and upload and information security features. features to upload advertisements etc. I am looking for a website that incorporates features as listed on vldpersonals [url removed, login to view]

I want this website to be open source so it can be updated by programmers.
