OS Commerce redesign & keyword search implementation

I need an existing OS Commerce webpage redesigned/adjusted. It's all in place and functional. I need: Graphical 1) Redesign/Reposition the store template to a more appealing professional look. 2) When redesigning there is a custom add on portion for the news that needs to stay the same. Center of front page. 3) Promote the site to appear on Google search or other engines when typing certain words. The logo and background stay the same.
