Design a Website Mockup

I am looking for someone who can design a website via psd. The website details are as follows. Basic look and feel will be minimal, using flat icons, flat images, and overall a flat experience ( bootstrap comes to mind ). However, the design it self will be setup in terms of " modules ". The app will be facebook in terms of simplicity, but bootstrap design in terms of actual looks. you must understand end user interface as this must be easy to navigate, very few minus, and simplistic images. preferably only 2 - 3 colors. Logo is already created, and it's green. I'd like to see dark green, very dark blue, and white / orange ( just hints of orange ). The website will be geared towards socialites basically the website will allow the following features. -Live Chatting -Profile system -Ability to upload, share, and comment on photos -Ability to post status messages, ask questions , and the ability to answer questions you have asked. -Ability to have custom blogs for the users, it's a blogging website, but in a social experience. -Ability to organizations to have " pages " All of this must be designed, and provided in PSD form. I will pay you after you have completed 50% of design, then i will pay you again, once you have finished design. Please, no bad designers, only looking for the best. English must be very good, and you can not spend a week " planning " this out. I will talk to you in real time, while you gather notes, you will ask questions, and I will answer them, then you will begin design. Each step of the way you should show me so i can give feedback, do not do large portions of the design then show me, as I may not like it, and you will have to start over. you will furnish all icons, and you will do so quickly. This project should take about 1 week time.
