Design a Website Mockup

I would need some designing help with a site that will become a hub for providing simultaneous interpretation services for conferences in three Baltic states: [login to view URL]
At first following work needs to be done:
1) There's a slider on the first page that will run 5 slides offering services and directing visitors on the site. The slide text is written, many pictures are available to use, but each slide would need a designer-eye on how to place to text, how to use the pictures and what additional illustrating elements should be used.
2) The site would need a logo and probably some ideas on how to get all the elements in harmony so a specific style would emerge.
3) The three section pictures below the slider should be created and illustrated - section names: 1) Simultaneous interpretation, 2) Price calculator, 3) Equipment for conferences.
