Emailing Marketing template update hourly help

I am looking for some weekly emailing marketing help. This will start out as a 1 to 2 month project however I'm open to having this individual continue working with us as a contractor longer. This individual will be responsible for updating existing templates with product content for North America and Europe. Here is what I'm looking for: You will use a template like this [login to view URL] and update the product information with the new products I will send you via email with descriptions and prices. You will then have to look up the product number on our site and link each line item in the mailer with a link to the product. I will need to have 4 to 5 mailers like this per week. I would like to have a mailer updated and ready to go with new products and prices within 6 hours after you receive an excel spreadsheet. You would need to make sure the HTML mailer is properly coded and aesthetically pleasing for emails. I have a graphic designer who will provide you with any graphics to update. Please provide samples of your email marketing. Also to make a decision, I need to know how long it would take you to update one mailer specified above.
