I believe I am uniquely qualified for this project. In 2007 I had to close my business as a regional multi-unit franchisee owner of Express Personnel Services, a full service staffing firm, after a catastrophic car accident. During my tenure as a Franchisee I was solely responsible for the development of my company’s book of business. I recruited and managed my entire staff in three different offices. I excel at a managing in a consultative relationship oriented sales environment. Historically my highest and best functions have been recruiting, managing, coaching and motivating highly successful sales teams. I focused primarily on small to mid-sized business and my primary contacts were the owners and senior operations managers of these businesses, however I do have some experience selling to major corporations. Prior to opening my own business I was a sales manager in School Based Fundraising for over 10 years. I know how to penetrate schools and gain buy in from the decision makers there. I have been consulting small businesses since closing my staffing franchise, I understand the unique needs and timelines of project based selling.
