Overhaul Shopify Site

Hi,
I've been asked by my employer to organise a shopify online store so he can sell musical instruments online. I've started the store already ([login to view URL]) but as you can see it needs reformatting and probably a pretty radical redesign. The boss wants to stick with the same logo (the sun with the 'sunburst music text', without the cut out guitar), so that'll need to be integrated better into the page too. It will also need the products uploaded and photos resized etc so it all looks orderly. We'll also need clear instructions written out about how to upload new products with appropriate photos etc. My employer likes the following website [login to view URL] and would ideally like something as warm and inviting as that. I understand that the current theme may not be ideal for this kind of site, so you may suggest we go with a new theme or redesign.
If you have time to run me through what would need to happen to make it a truly professional website that'd be great. We need to get this happening ASAP.
