Wordpress Site - Small Graphic Design Business

I know the irony of this, but I currently run my own graphic design business but I just don't have the time to build my own site.

What I am looking for is a very creative and captivating styled Wordpress based website that encompasses the smooth, yet energetic feel that I have established through my logo, choice of colours and my personality when interacting with clients.

The website needs a creative and captivating front page (utilising some good SEO text within), a portfolio page (preferably where the items can be filtered by medium of design), an about page, a contact page, a services page, a pricing page and a special offers page.

NOTE: The pages should be filled with suitable content, except for specifics such as pricing, offers etc., for which I will enter in myself. There will also be no need to acquire or upload any sample/portfolio work as yet... I will do that later.

Currently as it is about to be Christmas I will admit that I do not have a very big budget, so I am looking for someone who has a true passion for creating something that will give potential customers the wow factor as soon as they enter the website, but can also work to a sensible budget.

P.S. I can offer dozens of pre-purchased Wordpress templates, however if you find one that you think would work best for this, I am open to suggestions.
