ASP.NetSite Phase 2 Development needs amends to coding, aesthetics, features and permissions

I have a site under development hosted on a windows server. The site has an existing user site and admin panel back end. The site was developed using a number of different developers. The task now is to re code the project built on standard, well known n-Tier architecture. a) Project will be built on actual up-to-date MS Web platform: .NET Core 1.0, ASP.NET Core 1 and EF Core 1 colloquially b) Domain model will be built from a scratch and it won’t include unused entities. c) The following ASP.NET Core 1 features makes UI development process easier and faster a. Identity 3 package covers all project security and user management requirements by default. It can be easy extended for additional features. Authentication by Main 4 social networks is included. b. Tag-Helper and Auto DataBinding to increase speed of Form development. c. Use standard validation libraries to provide unobtrusive client-side and server-side data validation without additional code. d. Use commercial level free UI/UX packages and libraries d) New project will provide additional features: 1. Normal CMS. I’m meaning WYSIWYG Editor for content, drag’n’drop, etc. 2. Advanced upload files 3. Advanced Image management and advanced opportunity gallery 4. If possible to create User Form constructor. Admin will be able to add/remove controls except system required fields which are used in Opportunities search e) The project will also integrate additional changes to layout, features as requested by users. Costs for these will be in addition to the initial budget Payment Terms. There will be no upfront payments for this project. However, three milestone payments will be made: one for the migration; a second for recoding and a final additional payment for extra work as required by the users. This final payment is not included in this budget.
