Bilingual Freelancer website -- 2

PLEASE NO FAKE FREELANCERS, I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE AND WILL NOT RELEASE ANY MILESTONE TILL JOB IS DONE I need a well designed template with look and feel of a professional work. I need a freelancer website with Job Posting + bid as well as Job posting + apply Module. This means that all freelancers will be able to get projects/work from the site. The site should be bilingual - German and English. Another option will just be to add a Post a Job + CV module into the freelanengines and give it a suitable design. (I was thinking a wordpress work plugin could work here) otherwise, The idea is to work with HIREO template with freelanceengines wordpres theme. The HIREO template actually has the Post a job + Post a task feature, but unfortunately no escrow and dispute, and its just a template.
