Build/Rebrand a Website

We are currently going through a rebranding where changes need to be made to our existing website. I have outlined the brief Job description below (Excuse me if I don’t use the correct lingo):
- The company operates in the Real Estate Sector (Mortgage Broking & Selling Property)
- The old company name will be changed to the new company name therefore all reference to the old name will need to be replaced.
- The old logo image will need to be replaced with the new logo which we will provide.
- The domain name will need to be updated to the new name which we have purchased.
- The colour scheme will also be changed in various areas across the existing site, namely the Tabs.
- Some of the written content on the various tabs will be altered slightly which we will outline.
- We are also looking to add in an extra TAB which will have its own content while it will also have a hyperlink to an external website.
- Extra images may need to be added to the existing site.
- Some of the existing content across a number of tabs will need to be removed which we will outline.
I am sure I will have some other very small changes to the current proposed rebranding however that should be the bulk of the work. Examples of previous works would be greats.
