Build a Website

A bit more than a year ago i bought two domains for my family owned construction business. The initial plan was to provide our customers a platform where they can log-in and check our properties in great detail and feel confident with the purchase they are making. Then I met a great programmer from my university and he built the website for me and it's currently active. But since we're in real-estate business and i started to understand more about domains i visualized domains as online real-estate, and with the right name i can build something for myself and create an online service for people and generate profit from it. I found 2 domains which was very appealing to me which were free at the time called : [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] (speshno in Bulgaria means urgent and has no other word to replace it). Im originally Turkish but was raised in Bulgaria. Later i tried to purchase both of the domains but one of them was bought by the time and the only option i had was to go for www.speshno.bg. The word itself has a very broad meaning, and basically it can be used for a lot of things. My first idea was to create online store where people can sell virtually everything in their hands quickly and turn it into money. And when there are sellers that try to sell things quick, there are opportunities for the buyers so they can buy cheap and resell or get a cheap item with a higher retail value. And since the word is Bulgarian i thought [login to view URL] is more appealing to the Bulgarian customers and marketplace. [login to view URL] is currently a quick credit website and it's currently being worked on and have not been launched yet. Since I'm not expert in this area i'm looking for web-designers, investors and people with greater knowledge in this area to help me get more creative, talk about new ideas and basically start a company. I have enough capital to enter the market but i feel like i lack knowledge and experience so i'm open for new ideas from designers, i'm open to raise capital and even negotiate for partnership and give shares.
