We don't necessarily expect the successful applicant to do all the work themselves (although they might). However we need someone who will take full responsibility for getting things done. This will mean overseeing all work performed by others and directly providing guidance to any juniors and/or sub-contractors. We are open to employing the services of a firm or agency; however we expect to be in contact with a single specific person. That person would then be wholly responsible for work performed by juniors and/or contractors.
