Build me a Wordpress Website

We need a professional looking website built on wordpress. Here is what im looking: 1) Create a professional looking Theme for the site that we can easily install through admin section. 2) We might send you some notes or wire frames to give you some direction. 3) We would need 5 to 7 pages such as (Home, About, Contact, Projects, News,...) our requirement changes as you go so we need someone to wok with us to get this done. 4) Once you selected to work on the project you will be setup for visual studio team services access for our source code repository since we already setup the template for our stage server. 5) We would need to be more collaborative and work closely to get this done asap. 6) We need fast response time 7) You will be using our source code repository to develop the site and we can see the live demo at the same time since we already have automated builds and deployment. 8) We already have Site logo, Banner, icon and no design required for that but you will need to create some images for different pages. 9) We need to have a unique design and not copy paste or unlicensed components. 10) once the project is done we will own the source code and all the rights to the source codes and project files.
