Changes needed to Wordpress website. £40 budget. Needs completing in 24 hours

There area few changes I would like to my website, they are listed below. I need someone who is ready to start work now. 1, The main banner at the top of the page when you enter the website has three pictures with text which slide after about 10 seconds. I want to make changes to all three. Currently the text is on top of pictures and I want to change this for all three. 2, Banner slide time needs to be 5 seconds. 3) The header “Perfect Partners” on the home page has a picture underneath it I would like to change this (is it possible to make these pictures parralax?) 4) If you click on the “Discover” Tab and then “Why Natural” the header says “why natural” I’d like there to be a banner underneath this similar to when you click on “key Ingredients “ and “royal hair collection” 5)The “Get longer stronger hair” banner on the homepage has space on the upper right hand side of the banner. Try moving the text over there and see how it looks 6) The Zoom feature on all the products pages need to be the same as how it is in the Royal Duo Page. 7) When viewing landscape on a a tablet the Our Story/Key Ingredients square in the homepage is not a full size picture, it has white space around it. The website needs to be optimised for mobile & tablet viewing also. 8) The service squares underneath the banners need to lead to signing up for an account page except for the gift wrapping page. 9) Add gift wrapping option to checkout. 10) Pop up newsletter (sign up/subscribe for 10% off your first order + free delivery.
