Company Logo

I'm looking for a company logo / design for the new training and coaching side of my business. The name is Evogility (evolutionary agility) and I specialise in training & coaching in IT and Management - with focus on Kanban [login to view URL] I have a very basic site that gives a bit of a description - the tagline may change. I'll need to put the name / logo onto the site, cards, training material & other marketing material so it should be simple and I'd like it to work in both colour as well as black and white. Preferred colouring includes orange - other colours / fonts at the discretion of freelancers. I need ownership of the intellectual property and I need to be able to easily reproduce this logo.
