Comprehensive Website Design & Development Project Plan

I’m looking for a stellar programmer/website professional to write a website development and process plan for a price comparison site. The site will be offering information on financial products such as bank accounts, credit cards, car insurance and travel insurance.

To apply you must have experience in either programming, designing, implementing or project managing, and have a clear understanding of the processes required in end-to-end website development.

You must provide examples/evidence of previous work done.

This is a fixed budget position that has a project deadline of 2 weeks.
