Convert current website UI/UX to newer and more modern look

Looking for strong UI/UX designer and developer to take our current UI/UX of website and make it more modern and eye catching. We will like to use left menu approach instead of top menu we currently have. However there are still some current design we would like to keep. This is front end UI/UX developer position. No backend coding needed. There will be about 50 pages to convert to new look. We need only raw javascript, css, html5. You can use bootstrap, jquery but no wordpress, angularjs, etc. The website needs to be responsive and work in desktop, tablet and mobile views.
