Convert InDesign Presentation to Power Point

Looking for someone that can convert this presentation in InDesign to Power Point format, work will include images, text & simple animation, basic design skills are required to follow the style in the InDesign file.
The presentation is approximately 170 pages. The InDesign presentation has been attempted to be converted through Acrobat and it did not work, hence why manual conversion will be required.
Here is a 4 page sample of the presentation in PDF & InDesign format - as part of your proposal, please advise your rate for the project, the estimated time of completion & please show me a sample of your work by converting these samples to a Power Point.
