Create a GIF file of "Waterfall" of Arrows that Fade and Scroll (Rain/Snow Effect)

We need two GIF files with an animated/waterfall effect of arrows.

1) GIF will have a set of Arrows that point up.

2) GIF will have a set of Arrows that point down.

*White-Grey Scale on Transparent Background

*512 X 512 Pixel Size

*Arrows should Fade in from bottom of GIF and then scroll up. It should then fade out before reaching the top of the GIF.

*Arrows should all be different sizes to create depth and dimension.

Please see attached files for how the arrows should look/feel. I have further pictures/files to show you what needs to be done.
