Create a logo, identity and brand guide for my building company.

I need to create an elegant brand image, which emanates competence, inspires trust and imposes respect for my building company.
In details :
- Determined the color palette.
I think of red (like the logo of another of my projects at [login to view URL]), black and white.
- Create a new logo and coat of arms
I want to recreate the universal symbol of the builders, the square and the compass, used elsewhere by Freemasons (see attached file). I want to create a strong and timeless symbol. Then, from this logo, I want to create a coat of arms in the Nazi Germany style (note: I do not share the values of this regime), see attached file. By replacing the swastika with our new logo and the eagle by a beaver (in the style of the beaver in the attached file).
- Determine the typography
- Create a brand guide
- Create a business card
- Create a t-shirt, hoodie and cap design for our work uniform
- Create a pin (to be pinned on our clothes) in the style of the pine in the attached file
