Design a company logo and build company website based on existing Squarespace theme

Build a website and design a logo and a symbol for a company. The website should be created for Squarespace hosting and can be based on an existing Squarespace theme. The website should be simple, yet elegant with responsive design. An important task is to design a logo and symbol for the company that is prominently displayed on the website. In addition, the website will show some info on what the company does, contact info, and have Facebook and Twitter links. When the user scrolls and sees this info it should be dynamic and responsive. Responsive links for the software products of the company should be displayed very visible (such as link to App Store and to app website). The key is therefore to make it elegant and interesting and provide a great portal for this company and its products.
