Design a Logo

I need a logo design for a fitness brand I am developing. It is called the Fit Complex. I have a website with the colors I will be using as well as my current logo. [login to view URL] This is a personal brand but I need a better logo that I can put on promotional gear, social media, business card, website, etc. I would like the logo to reflect that it is a fitness company but also be fun and simple. I would like a flat design that incorporates negative space or even a handmade logo. I'm not sure how I feel about stacked lettering for a logo but this might look better for apparel. A little bit about the business so you can get a feel for the company. It will be a personal training business that has the potential to expand into a gym or bigger operation with employees. The mission of the company is to provide exceptional one to one personal training and online training services through daily workout complexes. A complex is a set of exercises done back to back with the same piece of equipment to provide a versatile, efficient workout, that is easy to understand. The largest benefit is that the workouts change on a daily basis to put your muscles into a state of confusion to help adaptation. They are quick, powerful workouts that require you to build a mind/muscle connection to become a more powerful individual. I use a mix of tools but the most prominent tools I use are kettlebells, trx, battle ropes, and bodyweight (may be able to incorporate a graphic of some sort) I have attached some logos that I like the overall feel for. My favorite logo of the pictures included are ONNIT ACADEMY because it has an abbreviated logo as well as a written logo. I am looking for something like this. Other Ideas I would like to be incorporated that reflect the brand/training: I really like the idea of chain vectors being incorporated. The body is a link of muscles... I also really like the idea of a spring. My workouts are quick, efficient, and powerful. I would like to get a better idea of your experience, if you've ever designed a fitness/well-being logo, as well as the direction you think you would go in for this project. Thanks for your help!
