Hello, we are "Sua prefeitura", a group of brazillian developers.
We are developing a software where people can make requests to the city hall about problems in the city, so if there is a pot hole in the street for example, a person would open an issue on our website so the city hall becomes aware of the problem and fixes it, we are planning on making an app integration as well, so the people of the city could open issues on the app.
Our budget is at most $20, we are looking for a logo that represents our business, a logo which also can be used as an app icon and a web icon.
We're also looking for a banner for the following social medias: facebook and youtube.
The preferred color blue, specifically rgb(44, 144, 223).
The secondary color is white, but we're open to changes if the design is cool.
We would like something that represents the population, so maybe something like the attached file.
