Drag and Drop Website Builder

I am looking for a white-label solution that will allow my customers build their own websites. The solution must have the following 1. Ability to set my own pricing 2. I can integrate my own payment methods that will allow me to receive payment and allow people who build their sites receive payments using the same payment method(s) 3. It has a drag and drop, easy to use interface. 4. I can brand it with my own logo and theme with no reference to the source. Nice to have: 1. Template engine that I can use to create and sell pre-built templates 2. Ability for users to buy custom domains and other "premium" products Please indicate in your bid what type of product you are offering, and which criteria it meets.
