Dynamic Webflow UI Design Needed

I'm seeking an experienced UI designer with significant knowledge in Webflow to deliver a dynamic, sexy interface for our website.
We are building a website for a new virtual nation. The website's primary objective will be to attract and entice investors and generate investment leads and investment sales. Thus, a designer with a clear understanding of user conversion strategies is required. We have a VERY ROUGH DRAFT of the 1st main landing page of the website and already have an agreed plan for what pages the website will have on it:

Website requirements:
- Approximately 10 unique landing pages + 5 standard pages (e.g. Team / Contact Us)
- Responsive layout for seamless display across myriad screens and devices
- Created in Webflow, which we will create the project of
You will be working in a team of 4 people
1. Webflow designer (you)
2. Graphics designer - they will take charge of creating the primary graphics and animations
3. Marketing strategy and content
4. Project manager
We have a deadline to build this before the end of the month. Because of this, we will have a daily 10-minute call to check progress and ask if anybody needs things from other people. This team will work together to create the entire website. Given this tight deadline and the fact that the website responsibility will be with the team, not one specific person, we will remunerate hourly. However, we would like you to estimate how much work this would take you for your part of this team so that we can consider this in the project management.
Your responsibilities will include the development of the Webflow website. This can be done with a templated whatnot, depending on your recommendation. You will be responsible for creating All the pages and adding the content and primary graphics in a visually appealing and attention-grabbing way. We have a graphics designer on the team who will make primary graphics, including animations; however, we will expect you to create still smaller graphics and icons for the website, including small animations if you can do that. We also have a content/copy provider who will provide a guide to the content. You are expected to give feedback and structure The graphics and copy on the website in collaboration with them.
Must have skills
- 2+ years FTE webflow designer/developer
- 2+ years FTE UI/UX in creating beautiful and converting websites
- Experience in creating persuasive, converting/sales-boosting designs within tight deadlines will be highly regarded.
- Strong English communication and teamwork
- Available ASAP
Candidates should send the following in their project proposal
1. Estimate how many hours you would need to complete the project
2. Portfolio with at least three reactive Weblow websites they have worked on as the primary design contributor
3. Number of years of experience with Webflow
4. Number of years experience in UI/UX
5. Experience in commercial/marketing or investment-related projects to show how you can understand how to design a converting website for our context
We will schedule a call with 3-5 candidates with the project team and base our final selection on this
