Edit Visual Composer Post Masonry Grid Elements

We have a website that I need some customization on the Visual Composer masonry grid. I need to be able to change the background color on individual posts. Currently, there are no unique IDs or classes output with each element of the grid. The website is under development at [login to view URL] I have attached a mockup of the difference in the grid.
