Email form and auto reply

Budget: $40 I want perfect code. I have had past experiences where the code was not so good and the form did not work correctly sometimes. I have 3 forms on my site. I need all 3 forms to be integrated with my email address, so that whenever a visitor fills the form out: 1. I get a notification email 2. The visitor gets an auto reply instantly I need you to do this for 3 different forms, with 3 different auto replies. I will send you the file of the form. Please note that if the form coding is not reliable and gives me too many blank notifications, I will need you to fix the issue. For that reason, I will with withhold 50% of the payment till after 1 week of sufficient testing.
